Problem Statement
SkyTaxi is a travel app that helps users discover and book their dream destinations. Despite the abundance of travel apps currently on the market, they often lack in delivering intuitive and helpful experiences. With limited resources to support the existing product, there is an urgent need to design and develop a new version of SkyTaxi that provides a better user experience.
Target Audience
World travelers:
Particularly younger millennials aged 18-29 years old who are looking for a convenient and affordable way to plan and book their dream destination trips.
Digital nomads:
Aged 20-40 years old who want to travel anywhere and anytime and appreciate a budget-friendly travel app.
Experienced travelers:
Aged 30-45 years old who are looking for an efficient and easy-to-use travel app to find and book their dream destinations.
